I am going to fact check the claims made in It Starts With Food (ISWF) by reviewing all 450+ citations provided by the authors, chapter by chapter. These posts take mountains of time to complete, but the links below are what I have been able to do thus far. The results of these reviews are not encouraging and have highlighted the lack of intellectual honesty on the part of the authors, Dallas and Melissa Hartwig. An absence of scientific credibility is one of the reasons I decided to examine their claims.
